I operate from a strengths-based perspective, focusing on empowering clients and providing a safe space for you to explore your inner strengths, learn positive coping strategies, grow, and focus on healing.
I have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, and perfectionism, and enjoy working with those seeking to improve their self-esteem and learn healthy boundaries. I enjoy working with young adults and older teens. I am well versed in various therapeutic modalities including CBT, Solution-Focused and Problem-Solving therapies, and Internal Family Systems. I utilize all of these therapies in practice and cater them to fit the needs of each client.
My focus in therapy is to work collaboratively with you to create goals that fit your individual needs. I will meet you where you are without judgment and integrate empathy, humor, and warmth into our sessions. I believe that we all can change, heal, and grow. We can do this!
