I believe that everyone deserves and has the power to create a joyful and meaningful life. My ultimate goal as I work with people is to help them reflect on the past, embrace the present, and find hope, joy, and excitement for the future. I use a combination of different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, and DBT. I have spent several years researching and writing about perfectionism. This topic has become a passion of mine and is something I focus on in my therapy work.
I love working with young adults and mothers. I specialize in working with toxic perfectionism, ADHD, self-esteem struggles, anxiety, religious OCD, and relational struggles, among others.
