How do I pay for my sessions?
The session cost/copay will be automatically collected via a payment method on file at the time of service. We accept all major debit/credit cards, HSA payments, and Bishop/clergy pay.
What are your private pay rates?
Visits are $135 per 50-minute session ($150 one-time intake session).
How much will my sessions cost with insurance coverage?
What insurance providers are you in-network with?
We are in network with the following insurance providers.
- Aetna
- BlueCross BlueShield/Regence (in network with all states and with exception of UofU/HMHI plans)
- Cigna/Evernorth
- EMI
- PEHP
- Select Health (with the exception of the Signature, SLHP, and Medicaid plans)
- United Healthcare/UMR/Optum
- University of Utah Health Plans (with the exception of HMHI plans)
- We do not currently accept any EAP or Medicaid plans.
It is your responsibility and we strongly recommend you verify with your insurance provider your in-network outpatient mental health benefits before your first visit.

What if you don’t take my insurance plan?
- If we do not accept your insurance plan we are happy to provide you with a Superbill for you to request reimbursement through your insurance provider. We recommend you contact your insurance provider to see if they accept Superbills.
What is the cancellation policy?
You must cancel with your therapist or our office at least 24 hours before your session time, or you may be charged the full session rate of $135. Canceling with adequate time allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may want it. We always respect your time and ask the same in return. We appreciate your understanding.
