I specialize in supporting clients who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, perfectionism, adolescent challenges, borderline personality disorder (BPD), grief and loss, chronic illness, and relationship and marital issues. I also have experience helping individuals navigate complex relationship dynamics such as divorce and blended families.

I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a highly effective method for treating trauma and related concerns.
