I am passionate about helping people of all ages discover their strength and resilience. I especially love supporting women, mothers, young adults, and teens with their families. I specialize in working with women in the stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I also specialize in working with those who want help with anxiety, depression, addiction and recovery, life transitions, self esteem struggles, stress management and coping, trauma (EMDR trained) and relationship/family dynamics.
I use evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR for trauma processing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we’ll find the approaches that work best for your unique situation and goals.
