I enjoy supporting teen and adult women in their emotional and physical health using a holistic perspective. I specialize in disordered eating, body image issues, perfectionism, anxiety, and maternal mental health throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I am trained in CBT, use trauma-informed approaches, and incorporate compassion into my work.
