I know that there are many reasons why life can feel overwhelming or difficult to manage. Feelings of hopelessness, loss of control, fear, anger, shame, or sadness often lead to negative thoughts about self or the world around us. Sometimes we may find ourselves in situations because something happened to us that is outside our control. Things can be different! Together, we can work to create a safe, trauma-informed, collaborative workspace for you to develop the skills needed to find hope and healing.
I enjoy working with teenagers and young adults. I specialize in working with folks who have experienced interpersonal violence or unhealthy relationships. I am experienced in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and self-worth issues. I believe in meeting the client where they are at in their journey. I use various treatment modalities, including EMDR, CBT, CPT, and solution-focused therapy, but ultimately will use whatever modality is best suited to you. I love what I do and would love to be a part of your healing journey!
