I believe everyone has the ability to change, heal, and grow into the person they want to become. I see each person as unique, with their own story, strengths, and potential. I work to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore who you are and where you want to go. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop tools that foster confidence and lasting change.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, or perinatal and postpartum challenges, I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. I also specialize in working with people experiencing depression, identity concerns, perfectionism, and self-worth issues. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, adults, and mothers.
I use a variety modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, Motivational Interviewing to strengthen confidence and direction, and Existential Therapy to explore purpose, values, and identity in a real, relatable way.
My hope is that therapy helps you feel more connected, confident, and capable of creating a life that truly feels like yours. Whether you’re rediscovering yourself, adjusting to motherhood, or simply trying to feel more like you again, I’m here to walk alongside you.
