I enjoy working with teens, adults, and mothers. I am passionate about women’s health and specialize in pregnancy and postpartum treatment. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-worth issues, and disordered eating. I am trained in CBT, use concepts from DBT and ACT, and focus on compassion in my work.
