To support this work, I integrate evidence-based approaches like mindfulness, DBT, and ACT to help you build practical, life-changing skills. I am dedicated to assisting clients through perinatal mental health challenges including pregnancy, postpartum, and the unique transitions of parenting. I also offer specialized support for the complexities of sexuality, LGBTQ+ identity, and intimacy in a safe, affirming environment. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, self-worth concerns, and life changes/transitions.
