I believe all people can experience emotional and mental wellness. Life is incredibly hard, and it is easy to feel like there is no hope for change, but I know change is always possible. No matter what you’re going through, I want to work with you to help you learn and practice skills that will help you thrive. You don’t have to be held back by thoughts and emotions that limit your potential. I want you to see the strengths you have that will help you live life with intention and purpose.
I love working with adults, young adults, and teens. I am especially passionate about working with women in all different stages of life. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, motherhood, life transitions, self-worth, loss, and perfectionism. I use my experience from working in a variety of practice settings with many different people to help find the right approach to therapy for your unique situation. I use various modalities such as ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy and mindfulness to best fit the needs of those I work with.
