I believe that everyone deserves and has the power to create a joyful and meaningful life. My ultimate goal as I work with people is to help them reflect on the past, embrace the present, and find hope, joy, and excitement for the future. I use a combination of different therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, and DBT to best meet the needs of my clients.
I have spent several years researching and writing about perfectionism. This topic has become a passion of mine and is something I focus on in my therapy work. I also enjoy working with mothers in various stages, and specialize in pregnancy/postpartum anxiety and depression, birth trauma, and motherhood struggles. In addition, I also work with self-esteem struggles, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma/PTSD, and borderline personality disorder. I enjoy working with young adults, adults, and mothers.
