I am here to help you reach your desires for a happier life, healthier relationships, and empower you to go further in life than you have before. As your therapist, I will use various techniques to help you hear your own true voice and come to understand your hopes in a more meaningful way. Throughout your healing journey we’ll work together to identify strengths and weaknesses, learn skills and tools, and build your confidence so you can overcome your challenges.
I enjoy working with young adults, adults, mothers, and fathers. I have special training in pregnancy and postpartum treatment, and love to help couples navigate their changing relationships and life expectations. I also specialize in anxiety, depression, and self worth treatment. I use CBT, DBT, IFS, self-compassion, and the Gottman method in my treatment.As you consider taking your next steps in finding peace, please reach out to me.
