Both genetics and life circumstances shape how we view ourselves, others, and the world around us. Sometimes this can create deep emotional wounds within us and lasting negative beliefs that get triggered whenever those wounds open up.
I believe that even with these wounds, healing is possible. I value creating a safe, trusting relationship with those I work with. I am here to offer guidance as we work to help you transform negative beliefs into more helpful, positive ones, and heal your emotional wounds for good. As we work together, you will begin to feel more grounded and secure in who you are, fostering a sense of safety and connection with others.
I am a compassionate, strengths-based therapist who is passionate about treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and OCD in adults. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, IFS, EFIT, ERP, and I-CBT.
My goal in our work together is to help you feel more aligned with your true self. I understand that mental health challenges ebb and flow with life's unpredictability, and I strive to support you in strengthening the inner resources you already possess so you can navigate those challenges as they arise.
