Jayne Anderson

Hi, I'm Jayne

In a world that often tells us to do more, to keep moving, keep pushing, I think there is something powerful about pausing long enough to really hear and connect with yourself. I'm a big believer in slowing down and want to help you do the same. I approach therapy with deep curiosity and genuine compassion, knowing that the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you are experiencing make sense when we slow down and take the time to listen.

I enjoy working with people of all ages, including teens, young adults and adults. I enjoy working with those experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, self-worth issues, parenting struggles, depression, and boundary/people-pleasing struggles. I especially love working with women during the perinatal season of life - the transition into pregnancy, birth, and parenthood, and all the beautiful, messy, complicated feelings that can come with it. I use a variety of modalities to best meet the needs of those I work with, including ACT, CBT, IFS, compassion and mindfulness.

My goal is to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be exactly where you are. I will teach you practical tools that help you feel more grounded, at peace, and more like yourself. My hope is that therapy will be a place where you can exhale; a place where we gently explore your lived experience and help you find greater peace, more self-understanding, and lasting self-compassion.
